Scooter Braun

Founder of SB Projects

Scooter Braun is one of the entertainment industry’s biggest entrepreneurs and innovators and the founder of SB Projects, a diversified entertainment and media company with ventures at the intersection of music, film, television, technology, brands, culture and social good. Today, Braun has a roster of the top pop culture icons under his management, record label, and publishing companies that include Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Ariana Grande, Usher, Karlie Kloss, Tori Kelly, Carly Rae Jepsen, The Black Eyed Peas, Zac Brown Band and Martin Garrix to name a few.

As Braun continues to expand SB Projects, he remains committed to the company’s founding philosophy of giving back and designs a philanthropic element for each new initiative. Braun serves as Chair of the Advisory Board of Pencils of Promise, a non-profit organization that builds schools in developing countries. The organization has helped to build more than 400 schools in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. He is also on the board of Fuck Cancer, an organization focused on prevention and early detection of cancer, which his wife Yael Braun cofounded. Braun, his clients, and his companies have – together – granted more wishes for Make- A-Wish than any other organization in the history of the foundation. In 2017, Braun proved to be the music industry’s ‘first-responder’ when he organized the One Love Manchester benefit concert and Hand in Hand: A Benefit for Hurricane Relief telethon, within just months of one another. In 2018, Braun announced new ventures including, Mythos Studios, that will develop franchise films and Good Story Entertainment, that will build out unscripted, live event and documentary spaces.

Braun lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two sons.

Neil Jacobson

President of Geffen Records

After attending Berklee College of Music and internships at Arista Records and Star Trak Entertainment, Neil joined Interscope Records in the international promotions department, where he worked on superstar artists including Eminem, 50 Cent, and The Black Eyed Peas. He was promoted to international publicist before moving into the role of A&R and founding Interscope’s management division, taking on the management of acts such as Robin Thicke and will.i.am. As Executive Vice President of Interscope, he A&R’d multi-platinum records from Madonna, Fergie, Robin Thicke, Avicii, DJ Snake, and AlunaGeorge, as well as the 3 of the top 5 most Shazam’ed tracks of all time (Avicii “Wake Me Up” and Major Lazor & DJ Snake “Lean On”, and Robin Thicke “Blurred Lines”). On the management side, he currently manages superstar songwriter/producers Jeff Bhasker, Emile Haynie, Martin Terefe, Brenden O’Brien and musicians Gryffin, Bipolar Sunshine, and Poppy, among others.

He was appointed President of Geffen Records in the spring of 2017 to oversee the historic label via new signings as well as reinvigoration of the label’s legendary catalog. The current roster includes Avicii, DJ Snake, AlunaGeorge, Lil Jon, Mura Masa, Gryffin, Bipolar Sunshine, and upcoming acts Yungblud and B00ty.

Aton Ben-Horin

Global Vice President of A&R for Warner Music Group

Aton Ben-Horin is an American music executive and record producer. Aton serves as Global Vice President of A&R for all of Warner Music Group's labels, including Atlantic Records and Warner Bros.

Aton initially began his career as a musician and songwriter in a touring rock band, sharing the stage with acts such as Simple Plan, Jimmy Eat World, and Nine Inch Nails. Aton then ventured into the dance music scene and began producing and DJing at nationwide venues, radio stations, and major festivals such as Ultra Music Festival. In August 2007 Aton opened Plush Recording Studios, which has developed into one of the premier Florida recording studios, with clients such as Nicki Minaj, Flo Rida, Justin Bieber, and Chris Brown, to name a few. Through his production and songwriting team, The Agency, Aton has produced and licensed a catalog of songs with the likes of John Legend, Rick Ross, Ciara, Flo Rida, and many more. His multi-faceted path soon led him to A&R. In 2012, Aton began doing A&R at Warner Music Group, under Mike Caren (Creative Officer, Warner Music Group & CEO, Artist Partners Group).

Since joining Warner Music Group, Aton has delivered hit singles for Jason Derulo, Flo Rida, David Guetta, and more. Some of his most recent successes include Flo Rida's 'My House', Jason Derulo's 'Talk Dirty,’ ‘Wiggle,’ and ‘Say Goodbye.’ David Guetta's 'Hey Mama' (featuring Nicki Minaj and Bebe Rexha), “Bad,” and “Like I Do.” Sofia Reyes “1, 2, 3,” and many others. Aton has also discovered and signed various artists to WMG, including Alec Benjamin, Bhad Bhabie, Justin Quiles, and others.
